Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Tucci Charms, we have a hassle-free return policy. Simply download and fill out our Return form, and include it in your package.
We accept returns of undamaged and unworn jewelry within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you purchased items during a sale or promotion, please return all items to receive a full refund. If you wish to keep some items, we will recalculate your order amount and refund accordingly.

Refund Policy
At Tucci Charms, we take pride in ensuring that our customers receive the correct products in a timely manner. If you did not receive the correct products, or if your order did not arrive within the guaranteed delivery time of 45 days, we offer a full refund.
Please note that we cannot provide a full refund in the following circumstances:
- If your order did not arrive due to incorrect information that you provided (i.e. incorrect shipping address).
- If your order did not arrive due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance or natural disasters.
- If you purchased items during a sale or promotion. But you can still change your order amount for other products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
