You can always reach us by e-mail at sales@tuccicharms.com. Our representatives will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have about our jewelry, your order, shipping and returns, and any other inquiries you may have. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not been processed yet, you can change or cancel your order. However, once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Shipping questions
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated for every order at checkout. Orders above €50 are eligible for free shipping (ONLY Europe). For more information about all other shippings please refer to Shipping & Delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking information to monitor your order until it reaches its destination.
Returns questions
Can I return my order? How can I make a return?
If you wish to return your Tucci Charms order for a refund or replacement, no problem! We have a straightforward return policy. Please refer to the Return & Refund page to print your return label and to find all return policies.
I made an order during the sale. Can I return my order?
All sale orders are final and cannot be returned.
